Kevin,I'm building Classic #86. I spent a few evenings calculating the 4130 materials from the plans and below is what I came up with. I'm mostly done with the fuselage welding and my materials list is holding up fine. Despite this, I'm sure I'm missing something so use with caution.
The below list was sent to Charlie at "The Dillsburg Aeroplane Works" and he filled the order for $1691.61 plus $146.58 freight from PA to TX. The streamline tubing is pricy!!
If anyone has a materials list for the wings, I'd like to get a copy.
