You can find a motor mount already made for the engine you will use, but it may not fit your frame the way it is welded up, if your frame is already welded for a mount.. If it does, great! If not, get with a local EAA chapter and you should be able to be hooked up with someone who can reconstruct the motor mount to fit your Hatz. He could also weld up the landing gear on your frame. Hope this helps.

If you are building a straight CB-1, I don't know of a source for ready made gear or engine mounts .

Hello everyone, my name is Joe Geist, I started a CB-1 about 15 years ago, but ended up selling it due to work schedule. I am now retired and just got the project back. The fuselage and tail section is done, all wing ribs and spars are complete and all fitting are made. I would like to purchase some items such as the landing gear and engine mount already completed. Does anyone know if there is someone making these parts for sale. Thanks
