I am wrapping up an RV-7A build this spring and will need hangar space, so my Hatz will need to find a new home. I have been flying her quite a bit lately you can see the videos from last summer here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTVAmRD ... t2yL06RTba

She has new sparkplugs and wires, a new voltage regulator, rebuilt generator, new battery and ~50 more hrs flying.
Comes with a Stratux ADSB-In.
Annual Due June 2022.
No reasonable offer refused.

I had an interesting dilemma for a buyer of my Hatz, he wanted to convert it to tricycle gear. After paying the insurance for taildragger vs tricycle I can see why he'd want to do it. I know it is blasphemy talking about a tricycle geared Hatz but if it means more folks would fly them, then why not? Has anyone adapted their Hatz to Tricycle gear?

I have too many toys! I want to buy another toy and my wife says I have to get rid of something to do it. Sadly, that means I am selling my Hatz.
I have flown her this past year for 20 hrs or more and will continue to fly her as long as I own her. Here are the specs:

Hatz CB-1 Serial # 215 N89DG
Built in 1988 by David Gillespie
Lycoming O-320 SMOH 430 hrs
TTAF 317 hrs
Flightline FL760A Radio
Annual due - May 2018
Asking $25,000 obo

I was told it was a Piper Pacer fuselage that was adapted to become a Hatz, it flies very well and I love to fly her. The cockpits are both oversize, I am 5'10" ~250lbs and my CFI is 6'0" and ~250lbs as well, and we both fit easily in either seat. I would fly her anywhere in the USA today, she is very stable and a joy to fly. Let me know if you have any questions or want more pictures, n6233u@infolina.com
