Doug - Funny how domestication gets in the way. I'm working on my roof so I haven't seen my Hatz since June. Apparently despite all rains benefits, leaking into the living room is not a desirable feature. My suggestion was to move the plants but turns out that is not considered a long term solution.

No Problem Murray. I probably wouldn't have been able to do it anyway. I'm at the tail end of a 3 month kitchen renovation and the project is shoved to the side.

Doug - I was in the area but got chased out by weather. I did meet my brother near New York and we flew the Hudson the one good day we had. Next time.

Hi ssearle (Steve). I will be in southern Ontario for 3 weeks vacation, starting 20 Aug. I'd like to come up and have a look at your Hatz and talk about the build. I'm a 747 Captain in Hong Kong, so trying to plan my project for when I'm back full time! My email is dlarryarnold@hotmail.com. Looking forward to meeting you and seeing your Hatz.

Sounds good Murray. St. Johns isn't all that far from me so it would be an easy trip for you.

Just a heads up. Some of the guys here are planning to fly to St John, New Brunswick for the COPA AGM June 21-23 2018, me included. I'd like to revive the Hatz tour on the way back. I'll post more particulars early next year.

Sorry for the abort. If the trip still in the future, maybe it will work out better for me to accommodate your visit. Besides rain and soggy conditions, I have been tied up. Hope to met up in the future! Any chance you'll be at Brodhead? If so, see you here!

Murray,
I am sorry that it fell through, I was looking forward to getting together. The Hatz will probably be here for a little while longer so there is no rush.

Thanks Ed. I was trying to plan for a weekend but that didn't work out. Even if you just have a couple of hours in the evening would be good. I appreciate the offer of a room for the night but I'm good at a hotel. PM me your phone number and I'll contact you a day or two before I come. I sent a message with my phone number and email.
