Oil Filter Adapter

Howdy all,
I am almost due for an oil change and wanted to upgrade to a filter over the older screen. I have an O-320 and wondered where/what anyone has used to upgrade their screen to a filter adapter?
I have plenty of room behind the engine for a filter adapter, just wondered if anyone especially liked one or another...
