Plans from Hatz

I'm new here and just purchased a badly ground looped Hatz. Decided to order a new set of plans and start over. The plans were ordered from the web site on 1 Sept and I still haven't heard from anyone. Is this normal response or should I become concerned? I've inquired via e-mail but no response. Any ideas out there?
