Adding a crotch strap for the seatbelt

My Hatz Classic has a Hooker 4-point harness and I want to add a crotch strap to make it a 5-point. Anyone have pictures or ideas how to add one with the push/pull tube running beneath the seats? Mounting it to the seat frame would work, but it doesn’t seem like the best option.
